Mrs. John Feutz, 69, of
Born in Switzerland, she was the
former Marie Balmer. Her birth took
place
Mrs. Feutz is survived by her
husband who at present is hospitalized with a heart condition, and three
daughters, Mrs. Victor Imrie, route 1, Johnson Creek, Mrs. Paul H. Lindeman,
Watertown and Mrs. Harold Brenton, Jefferson.
There are seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. There is one brother, Fred, in
Switzerland.
One sister and two brothers preceded
her in death.
Visited Her Homeland
Mrs. Feutz made several trips to
Switzerland to visit relatives and friends and always enjoyed renewing old
acquaintances in her homeland where she had many friends. She was a kind and friendly woman.
A member of the First United Church
of Christ, Evangelical and Reformed, she was active in the choir and the Ladies
Aid Society. She was also a member of
the Watertown Chapter, Women of the Moose, Watertown Chapter Royal Neighbors of
America, Violet Temple No. 18, Pythian Sisters, the Homemakers and Friendly
Clubs and St. Mary’s Hospital Auxiliary.
She had served as an officer of many of those organizations and took an
active part in their programs and projects.
The funeral will be Friday at
