Charles F. Krueger, had been making
his home with his son, Benjamin R. Krueger, at
His wife died about ten years ago
and since then he had been living with his son and daughter-in-law, the former Ethel
Jones.
Mr. Krueger was born in Watertown
Surviving were three sons, William,
Watertown; Walter, Wauwatosa; and Benjamin, Watertown.
Another son died in infancy. There were four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. William
Luther, this city; Miss Amanda Krueger, Jefferson; and one brother, John, this
city. Three other sisters and a brother preceded him in death.
Mr. Krueger was a member of St.
John's Lutheran Church and the Plattdeutscher Verein. He was widely known in the city.
The funeral took place from the Schmutzler Funeral Home with services at St. John's
Church. The Rev. F. H. Eggers: officiated. Interment was in Oak Hill Cemetery.
